OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 5928/TCT-CS DATED 31 DECEMBER 2014 OF GDT IN GUIDANCE OF CIT FOR EXTENSION INVESTMENT PROJECT
According to official letter No. 5928/TCT-CS:
In case, the company changes the fifth revised investment certificate in 2012, the investment capital increased from 30 million USD to 45 million USD and the investment capacity increased from 24 million products /year to 40 million products /year, the investment project of the company is not added regular machineries, equipment that is considered extension investment, therefore, the increased incomes are not entitled to CIT incentive under current regulations of Law.
